The house was very spacious, with lots of indoor and outdoor options for relaxation and fun. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable and air conditioning was adjustable in each bedroom, which was great since the 3rd story bedroom needs a little more air than the lower levels. The neighborhood is quiet, and as advertised, just a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed the separate biking/walking/running lanes that connect the house to much of the town.

From the owner: "Thank you for your review. We are glad you had a relaxed and pleasant stay."
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was absolutely spotless. There was plenty of room for three single adults to spread out. We each had our own bedroom, there were two decks and a screened in porch. The house was on a quiet street, which ended with a beautiful beach. The host provided fun games which came in handy rainy evening. They were also bikes and beach chairs available. The only thing I would alert future guests to, is there are skylights in the bedrooms which let in early morning light, so if that bothers you, I would bring a blindfold

From the owner: "Thank you for your review. We’re glad that you enjoyed your vacation."
This house was perfect for a group of three single adults (Space for more). We were down the street from a beautiful beach, plenty of parking in the driveway, lots of amenities like bikes, beach chairs, games, grill, fireplace… we had a challenge figuring out a door lock, and the host was very responsive. The house has a ton of skylights, including all of the bedrooms, so if you don’t want to be awakened by early morning, sunlight, I recommend a blindfold.
This house is in a fantastic location only a block from a protected bay and beach. The setting is on a quiet residential street within walking distance of Hyannis Port and Main Street shops. This three-story home has ample parking, an upscale kitchen, a large deck with a BBQ, and deck seating.
Our group consisted of two mature couples who travel together every year and typically use sites like VRBO to rent a home. There were several issues that affected our stay. The first was a lack of proper window coverings. There are large uncovered skylights and thin bamboo shades allowing sunlight to stream in at dawn each day making it impossible to sleep past about 5:30 am. Bathrooms: The two bathrooms are on different floors (all the bedrooms are upstairs) so we drew straws to see which of us got the upstairs bathroom. For some, these may only be minor concerns, but adding window coverings (and replacing the flimsy, prone-to-sticking bathroom door) would have made this stay a five-star for us.
BTW-Evolve manages this property and sent us information links by text, but neither link actually worked. The rep eventslly responded back at 11:30 pm. Luckily, we also had an email with the necessary information.

Hi Becky, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- Skylights are common in Cape Cod homes to enhance the beach and outdoor experience. We'll add a note to the listing to ensure future guests are aware
- While we are transparent that the home’s layout includes bathrooms on separate floors, we understand that this might not suit everyone’s preferences
- We'll investigate the issue with the bathroom door and make necessary improvements to ensure it operates smoothly
Thanks for letting us know about your stay! We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
Quiet and convenient. Nice amenities
