Wonderful
5/5 All needed upfront was provided and clear. Accessing the property was easy with the provided information. Parking is street parking and I was not sure how that was going to work as we have a LARGE full-size pick-up truck, but parking was fine and both sides of the street was available. The area was very nice and felt comfortable with street parking. Also felt safe coming in late and leaving early in the morning. The property was clean and welcoming. We did not spend much time there other than to sleep, but the provided coffee was a wonderful and greatly appreciated gesture. We had a short 3 day stay for our daughters graduation and it was a short drive to the areas we wanted to be. Would definitely stay again (hoping to visit in the future for a longer stay to enjoy more of that welcoming NOLA spirit)! One more thing, we accidentally locked ourselves out that first night and had to call Doug, it was between 10 and 11 pm and we felt terrible bothering him, but he answered promptly, was super friendly about it, and got us in the property within minutes.

Great surgery recovery location!
5/5 I had a major surgery in NOLA and was required to stay in the area for 5 days after discharge. This was a perfect location to recover! The king sized bed was so comfortable and separate from the main living space so I could retreat while my husband worked or watched tv. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. We felt very safe in this location. I have another 5 night stay in NOLA in a few months and will check to see if this location is available again.
