Mostly great!
4/5 We stayed for our sons fishing tournament and the house is wonderful, nice, pretty clean and overall that was great. The boat ramp for the neighborhood is almost unusable though, it’s so steep that it took my husband and two big teen sons to get the boat back on the trailer without damaging it, that was a big deal to us because they had hoped to leave from the house the tournament morning but decided against it due to the condition of the ramp. The other issue we had was with the bugs! They swarmed the house in the evenings, they poured in the house anytime the door opened. We had to turn off all the lights to make them go away, it was just pretty crazy. Also the master bathroom outlets do not work. I had to plug in the bedroom and run my blowdryer as close as I could to the wall mirror.
Overall we had a good stay!
