  The house was spacious and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. The AC was set to 74° when we arrived at 4 pm. We lowered it 70° and it didn’t cool the house until 12 am. We couldn’t sleep until then because it felt very hot and humid. The AC could not keep the house cool in the heat of the afternoons, but it wasn’t very bad except for that first day. Also, it would have been good to know that the house has well water, so it has a strong odor and taste. We paid a pet deposit because we brought our kitten but were alarmed to find glue traps that could have harmed her if we didn’t see them. If would have been nice if the AC was set to a cooler temperature for our arrival, and if there were no glue traps on the floor. But it was comfortable besides those things.

  -We’re sorry to hear that your recent stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that the air conditioning was set to a minimum of seventy degrees and acknowledge that a lower setting might have been more comfortable. We will review this to enhance guest comfort in the future.

  We needed a place to stay after hurricane Beryl knocked out our power for almost a week. The house is in a very quiet peaceful area and the owner and management company were very quick to respond to any questions or needs we had.

  Property was clean and convenient for LHSR Finals. Only issue was the mouse that scared me during a late night bathroom visit!
