Uncomfortable & Uninviting
2/5 Home has strong unpleasant smell. Beds are very low, uncomfortably hard and linens are old / worn. Bathrooms are small and so old and outdated that no amount of cleaning makes them feel clean. TV is not intuitive, has no instructions and has no local or cable or satellite service. House is cluttered and ovens are antiques. We rented for 4 nights but declined to sleep or use the bathrooms and instead paid for local hotel rooms all 4 nights. Refrigerator is nice and surrounding area is safe with this home being the eyesore in the neighborhood.

We have contacted the caretaker so that they can check on all your claims and see that everything is in good shape and working for our next guests. We are not sure what clutter you are talking about but will have the caretaker check on that too.
The caretaker also confirmed that they had no missed calls or messages from you. We are here for all our guests and we wish you had let us know that you had issues so that we had the chance to rectify the issues.
We purchased new linens in November which included sheets, pillows, pillowcases, towels, etc. We have WIFI provided for our guests, and Netflix is available for our guests to use at their discretion.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Nice House
5/5 This was a nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. The house was comfortable and not far from the places we needed to go.
