Not as advertised
1/5 We booked this for family and attending the LSU graduation. What a disappointment - not clean, no towels, no garbage bags, not swept at all, grass very high, garbage disposal broken so sink not draining.... and the property manager wanted us to coordinate our issues with Matinenance and Housekeeping that needed to be done. It was not ready as advertised and it was an unfortnate pick on our part. It was LSU Graduation - we couldn't just find another place.

We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't up to your expectations. When you reached out about the lack of towels, our cleaning staff promptly brought additional ones, despite finding there were already sufficient towels available. We always aim to accommodate our guests' needs, even if it means providing extra supplies.
Regarding the garbage disposal, we appreciate you letting us know about the issue. While we offered to have it fixed during your stay, we understand you preferred to wait until after your check-out. We respect your decision and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
