4/5 Great house and very cozy! Has all of your basics. The kitchen was lacking tin foil and baggies so make sure you bring those if you plan on cooking. Not all the remotes had working batteries and we couldn’t get the living room tv to get to apps to sign in to anything but we didn’t really need it.
