Nice property, but a few things to improve upon.
4/5 The property was nicely updated and very clean. I requested both early check-in and late check-out, but was not responded to timely so was unable to take advantage of either. The property manager indicated they were out of town and that is what resulted in the delayed response. The full bath, while nicely updated, was not done with thought to the layout. Getting in and out of the shower was very difficult due to the small size of the bathroom. There was also an off putting smell inside the home. The home is on a very busy street so, depending upon the time of day, posed difficulty getting out of the driveway unless you backed in (which could also be difficult depending upon the time of day).

5/5 I wanted to have a comfortable setting for our family while we moved our daughter into LSU! It felt like home, we were able to get around easily and enjoy the last couple of days together! It was very nice! My only suggestion is to have a larger coffee pot...

place is fine but not very homey
3/5 Owenrs were responsive which was great. When we needed stuff fixed, they were fast. Problem is the place isn't very homey. Lights are way too bright, no real furniture in the living room other than one small couch. It wasn't a place you'd want to spend too much time in. That said, it was clean and the backyard was spacious.
