Crazy Cousins-Ark exhibit
5/5 This house was perfect for us! We were a group of 8 female cousins ages 74 - 53! We had plenty bedrooms and beds! It was perfect, clean, and our house guess was very helpful and quick to respond! Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

Bachelorette Weekend Retreat

Great Getaway
5/5 Was family reunion with 5 grandsons ages 8-12. They had a blast with the pool and hot tub. Rented pontoon for day at Williamstown Marina-only a mile away. Added perk of an automatic ice maker on kitchen counter. Ate dinner in town at Hansies. Great burgers! Overall could not have been a better location, room arrangement or equipped for everyone’s enjoyment.

Lots of space for large families
5/5 This house is so cute! The owners provide so many little extras that made our stay even better. The kids (and adults) loves the ping pong table and the pool/hot tub. I would highly recommend this home.

3/5 Home is nicely furnished and decorated, but it was not very clean. Several outlets did not work, several burned out bulbs and I got one towel out of linen closet that was not clean.
Owner did text to see how things were but we were at Ark Encounter with grandchildren so I did not go into detail with her. Grandchildren would not get in pool because there was a lot of sediment on the bottom. One granddaughter woke up with a bug on her pillow. This could be a great rental if more attention given to cleanliness. It was sufficiently stocked and the bathrooms were clean, but the kitchen island was sticky upon arrival.

Hi Dorothy, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
- We'll check the outlets after the current guests leave and reset any that need it.
- We offered to bring over lightbulbs during your stay, though you declined. The bulbs have now been replaced.
- We've never received feedback regarding dirty towels before, but it's possible a towel was put back by a guest and missed during the cleaning process. We'll share this with our cleaners to ensure they pay close attention moving forward.
- The pool is cleaned between each visit, though the recent heavy rainfalls have made it difficult to completely rid the pool of sediment.
- Our property is sprayed and inspected monthly by a professional exterminator to keep the house pest-free.
- Thanks for letting us know about the countertop, we'll also share this with our cleaners to keep an eye on. We wish you had shared these concerns during your stay so we could've sent our cleaners to immediately take care of them for a more comfortable experience.
