BED BUGS!!!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!
1/5 There are several things they don’t tell about this property. The first being bed bugs!!!! Didn’t find them till later. The back patio for the second residence is right outside the glass door for the bedroom of this property. Isn’t bad until you have several people outside hanging out drinking. Also the common area for the second residence is right i on raise the other door for the bedroom, so even when they come in you still get to hear their entire conversations. That is why I fell asleep on the couch in the first place. Very glad I did. After I woke up on the couch sometime through the night I went to the back bedroom and turned the light on to lay some things on the night stand there was a bed bug in plain sight on the pillow. Didn’t check to see if there were anymore. I rented the place for a week for work. Had to leave there and find somewhere else. After I called the owner I was told he was going to charge me for one night plus all the fees. Came out to 350.00. I would give this place solid zeros if I could. The evolve management agency has been a lot better to work with but still waiting on a refund.

As soon as you reported the issue, we immediately contacted Black Diamond Pest Control, a certified pest control company, to conduct a thorough inspection. They found no evidence of bed bugs or any infestation on the property. We have shared the detailed pest control report with our management company, Evolve, to ensure transparency. Additionally, the guests who stayed directly after your visit reported no issues and had a pleasant stay.
We understand that noise can sometimes be a concern, given the layout of the property and the shared outdoor spaces. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any issues promptly. In this instance, you informed us of the problem after spending the entire night, and we were unable to inspect the property as you had already checked out.
