Best VRBO EVER!!!
5/5 Our hosts were above and BEYOND kind. They met our every need and the property exceeded our expectations. It was four of us on a girls’ trip and we felt so welcome and comfortable. It was my birthday and they made it so memorable and special. Great decor, comfortable beds, SO clean, amazing vibe and fantastic neighborhood. We very much hope to stay again. FIVE STARS!! Thank you for a perfect long weekend!

Great spot
5/5 We loved this location for our annual girls trip. The hosts provided great communication and we had everything we needed. Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood that was close to everything. Beds were also super comfy!

Home away from home
5/5 Sarah and Chris were wonderful hosts.
The place was clean, comfortable, and the skylights made working inside refreshing. It’s located in an area with great restaurants, grocery store, and nice shops.
I highly recommend this place and Sarah and Chris.

On The Hunt
5/5 Hubby is a collector of bourbon so we had to visit Louisville. This space was perfect for us. Nice quiet neighborhood and very friendly area with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Chris and Sarah were so welcoming and helpful. From Sarah waving us in to helping unload our luggage there was an instant click. The occasional text to check in to make sure we were ok and offering to let our dog out while we were away.
The apartment was nice and clean with everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend this cozy chateau for couples or small family.
Thanks Sarah & Chris! We are already planning our next trip. See you guys soon.

All we hoped for — and more!
5/5 From her first text to her warm welcome at the garage door, carrying up our bags, and a text to wish us safe travels, Sarah was a marvelous host. She knows her quirky neighborhood and Louisville very well. Everything in the apartment was as clean as could be! The shower and bathroom were spacious.
We enjoyed the music-themed art and wonderful assortment of books about Kentucky. It was all cozy, comfortable, and so much better than a hotel — we had stayed at a downtown Hilton our first night in Louisville before starting our Kentucky adventures, nice but busy and blah.
We drank our morning coffee at the table on the balcony and I even stargazed out there in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep. It's a surprisingly quiet neighborhood despite shops and restaurants. We were glad to be able to walk to dinner.
Communications from Evolve and all instructions were excellent.
We feel very lucky to have found this rental! We'd definitely stay here again if we were in Louisville.
