Hands down the best stay I’ve had
5/5 Mr. Wren was the most hospitable host with a home that was welcoming clean smelled amazing in a great location with amazing neighbors. We were in town for my daughter‘s first travel basketball tournament and I had to call Mr. Wren because some of the other players did not have access to a washing machine to wash their jerseys and he simply said take care of those girls. Other parents that stayed in other homes had also asked their host if they were able to wash other people’s clothes or have their mom’s drop off their uniforms and they were told no by far this is probably the fifth time I’ve ever stayed in a home away from my home for any reason and this host was so welcoming and so nice and the home was so pretty in the perfect spot. Definitely recommend.
5/5 Wonderful home! Very clean and extremely well stocked. It had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great bonus! Several restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

5/5 Great house in a great location! Our little pooch loved the fenced back yard while we enjoyed the hot tub. Host was fantastic, quick to respond, provided clear instructions, etc. House had everything you needed. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

3/5 Management company and host were very unresponsive. I had to call the management company hours before arriving to obtain check-in information after not receiving responses to two different messages sent up to 24 hours in advance of actual check-in.After arriving we messaged a few more times asking about WiFi information and the two broken refrigerators. No response to those messages, until I sent one under the guise of a change request. Then, I did get a response telling me one of the refrigerators did work... But unfortunately, it didn't. (and I did communicate this) We had to keep our food on ice in our coolers for the duration of the stay. The WiFi information was eventually found under the guest sign in book. So sadly we also didn't have WiFi for the first day. The television upstairs also did not connect to the WiFi, so it was unusable. Despite the lack of communication, late check-in information, refrigerators, WiFi, and TV - the property was very clean, well appointed and in a beautiful and convenient location.I would give this property another chance. Perhaps we had unlucky timing when it came to the TV and fridge?? And I would recommend looking into how the management company handles communication. All fixable.
