  • Lovely private home next to the horses!

    The house was more than adequate for our needs and we loved waking up every morning seeing the horses in the pastures next to us. The owner was very helpful when we inadvertently locked ourselves out and invited us to walk anywhere we wanted to on the property. The only downside to our stay was the difficulty in finding the place. The GPS kept wanting us to access it incorrectly. In addition, although there was a code given for entrance to the home, there was nothing in the instructions warning us that there was also a code needed to enter the gate to the property nor was there any indication there was a gate. Since we arrived at night, this exclusion caused us concern but the host, when called, was most helpful in directing us to the correct location! We would definitely stay here again now that we know where it is!!

  • Absolutely beautiful property and great location

    I was in town for an event at the horse park with a few friends. This property is ideally located to everything we could possibly need yet situated on a beautiful property surrounded by horses and land. Property Managers great to work with.

    You want a true horse farm spot to stay, this place will not disappoint. Horses right in your back yard. John the owner was overly friendly and we talked with him multiple times. Once in the gate, you are free to roam anywhere on his 168 acre farm. It was a very nice experience.

  • Greatest cottage

    The cottage was perfect foe me and my daughter who were attending event at Kentucky Horse Park. Well stocked, quiet, clean and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!
