Great stay for parents weekend
5/5 Four adults who have freshman at U of KY stayed here for parents weekend. It was perfect. Allowed us to gather with our kids, cook them dinner and just hang out. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

5/5 Property was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Talked with a couple of neighbors and they were friendly. Only minor issue we had (mostly due to our age) was that the furniture was all very low and difficult to get up from. The outdoor landscaping could stand some freshening up. Even with that said, we enjoyed our stay.

4/5 The house was clean and nice. 3rd room isn’t really bed room. Futon was very uncomfortable.
