CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Property access code is for the front door. (Access code will not work on back door)
- Touch Yale logo to wake lock. Keypad should become visible. The access code will be the last four digits of the phone number used to make the reservation followed by the check mark. You should hear the motor opening the deadbolt. Wait till the motor stops before trying to open the door.
- Note: if the deadbolt fails to open, it may be in a bind. Gently pull the door towards you while entering the code. The small motor cannot operate if the door has been pushed open or left slightly open. The door must be fully closed to operate
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in the bathtub
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
