• Family Wedding Weekend Getaway

  This was our 1st time using VRBO to book a property for a family vacation. My mom is VERY particular. This blew her out of the absolute water. The drive up was a bit nerve wrecking for her as she isn’t used to being in the back woods without service. The property was inviting and easy to access. The games, grill, and outside space were my party’s favorite amenities. The hosts were amazing and have everything you can think of for a cozy lake getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

• A perfect Christmas getaway

  We spent a weekend with extended family for our Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the hosts had left crafts and snacks for us to enjoy! We were able to make a fire in the fireplace and even with three families everyone had their own place to sleep. We noticed the host had through of everything from make up removal wipes to dog treats to a Christmas ornament. We are looking forward to visiting again!

• Favorite vrbo so far!

  We loved everything about this house. It was more spacious than the pictures made it look and had very comfortable furniture. We cooked several meals there and the kitchen was so well-stocked that we only had to buy the "special" items. All the basics were already there along with any utensils, dishware, and small appliances we needed. The home was filled with quality items, not just random thrift-store finds that we've experienced with other homes. We were also surprised with a bottle of wine and some other goodies upon our arrival.

  We did have one small, unavoidable issue with the home that the homeowner was quick to take care of for us. She was also very helpful with offering suggestions about the area and making sure we could create great memories there.

  If we decide to return to the area, I would definitely try to see if this same house is available again. It is such a pretty location!
