Overall good
4/5 The house was very big. The only issue we had was that we rented a boat and could not access the boat from the house’s deck because a tree had fallen in the way. The kitchen light fixtures could use some deep cleaning. But, plenty of room in the house and 2 big living spaces!

All good except
5/5 Property could use some updates outside, but inside (where it counts) was perfect for our group. The only complaints would be that the up stairs bed was noisy when you moved or rolled over. And there were tons of flies and drain flies which was a bit disgusting, but that was it. Otherwise everything was just as described and just what we needed! Thank you so much!

3/5 Grill was unusable as it was very dirty
Cooking utensils, pots, baking dishes were dirty therefore I had to scrub them before using
No kitchen towels to dry dishes
Some of the bathrooms didn’t have hand soap
Lots of cobwebs and spiders in doorways going outside
