CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- Upon arrival, check in to the main office at the Alpine Resort (hours are usually 6:00 AM-9:00 PM). Use the call box if the office is unoccupied
- The Guest Contact (Johnny) or another resort employee will be available to show you inside the home
- Reach out to Johnny if you plan on arriving after hours
- Please inform Johnny of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Check out at the main office at the Alpine Resort with the house key
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Leave all used towels and linens in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- The pool closes at 10:00 PM
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival
