Nice Property, Clean, Newer
5/5 Quick weekend trip to the lake. Property was clean and newer in condition as described. Directly across from Boss Hoggs but this unfortunately seems to have just been closed permanently.
Cool air, clean sheets. Appliances appeared to be in all working order and no obvious security concerns in the area as well. Dumpster located close nearby and covered parking provided.
Didnt appreciate any loud noises or concern with noise from neighbors apart from maybe some mild noise related to going up and down the stairs from the guests next door but was subtle and wasnt a nuisance.
Checkout req some typical items such as cleaning up, stripping the beds but nothing major.
Wouldnt necessarily say this place is great for "hanging out" outside, appears to be little to do just outside the property itself (so therefore it is quiet) but not any obvious play space for little ones if thats desired, other than the parking lot and surrounding wooded area.
We had brief downtime of streaming TV, perhaps 10 minutes, but wasnt more than we sometimes experience at home. You will need to bring your own logins for the streaming services should you want to watch those.
Would rent here again if returning to the area.
