Cozy comfy home in a quiet neighborhood.
4/5 Great location to Indianapolis with comfortable beds, new furniture. Safe neighborhood. Easy entry and quick response from management group.

Not the best
2/5 We arrived to this location and it hadn’t been cleaned from prior guests . When I called to report the condition of the house the property manager said we had to leave so the cleaners could clean . We had no where to go and it was already 5 pm at this point . The property manager seemed unbothered by the situation kind of an is what it is attitude. The house was cleaned 3 hrs later but none of the bedding was washed from the previous tenants . Not a great experience. I understand things happen but this was unprofessional. Not a great experience. I hope they do better moving forward . The property manager seemed nice and did get it handled but in my opinion could have been done better.
