  When we arrived the first thing we noticed was a dead animal in stagnant water and the trampoline was in a pile of rubble. The dishwasher had stagnant water, the grill was dirty and the grill rack was broken. The oven had not been cleaned and the ice maker was dirty. There was no dish soap or dish towels, and the shower doors were broken, kept falling off the track. The desk chair in the basement was broken. We called the hostess Candi and she sent the housekeeper over, but she did not clean until the next day. It was very disappointing to not have the trampoline, that was the main reason we picked the unit. There is no way the housekeeper cleaned the unit from the prior guest and the hostess did not check the unit prior to our arrival, which should have been her job. There was prior damage to the walls and closet from the prior guest that was not repaired. The TV remotes were out of batteries and one of the TVs was missing a remote. The unit was in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, and very close to Kroger, CVS, dollar store and dominoes which was convenient. The size of the unit was roomy, and beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have several TVs. . I would suggest the owner hire more competent staff. Specifically housekeeping and host. I would’ve booked this unit for longer and future dates if it weren’t for the issues we had. Hopefully the next guest has a better stay but don’t expect a trampoline, there isn’t one.

  For 12 elderly adults the hot water did not allow everyone to get daily hot showers. More towels, a dish towel to wash dishes, a pan to cook bread in the oven, and a can opener would have been nice as well.

• Pleasant stay

  The property was very nice, and we enjoyed the location. We only stayed a couple of nights but would recommend this home to anyone staying around the Indianapolis area. The host was very helpful to us as well. Great experience. A+

  Do not rent they will try too charge you for things like stains that were there already an towels that they dont give you be very careful

• Great place in quiet neighborhood

  The house was very nice. We liked the pool table and welcome basket. It was easy to get downtown and to the airport.
