Smelly & Creepy

This place needs a good cleaning. It was dusty and had an uncleaned smell. They have candles throughout the home - maybe to mask the smell. Instead of offering candles give this place what it needs, a good cleaning and air it out! The sheets did not smell fresh or like they had been washed at all. Dust on the floors, the bathrooms could use a good scrubbing, along with the fridge in the kitchen. The floors in the kitchen need a good scrubbing. Near the garbage can you can see where food has been spilled on the floor and has now become part of the floor. So gross. The home felt creepy to us. We had a weird feeling in this condo. Also the mattress in the master bedroom has a stain on it. So gross, just replace it. The beds were not comfortable at all. The carpets in the bedroom need a good cleaning.

- All of the sheets are professionally laundered by Housekeeping Services, and we did not notice any odors. We will share your feedback with them.
- We checked the area of the kitchen flooring you mentioned and did not find any debris or stains.
- The property manager did a thorough walk-through and found no odors of any kind. They checked everything from the HVAC to the dishwasher and disposal, and everything was clean and had no odor. The candles are decorative and not used to mask any odors.

We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Good location relative to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and downtown bars/restaurants. A one mile walk to the fieldhouse. About 24 minutes. Parking at the property was very convenient. The unit itself was nicely set up for using 3 separate bedrooms and the family room kitchen was nicely laid out. Surrounding area was a little concerning, but no problems at all and felt safe. We would do it again.

As always it is great . I have stayed here several times and it’s always perfect. Communication is spot on and I will stay again soon .

Overwhelmed at the space and amenities.

Well stocked and room for the entire family.

Beautiful condo. I could live here!

Main bedroom could use room darkening blinds to improve ability to sleep - or just bring an eye mask.

Sleep number bed , jacuzzi tub, and a steam shower.

Kitchen is wonderful and chef worthy!

Private laundry, workout room, and elevator.

Definitely would rent again.
