  Good location. The condos were newer and clean. There were some basics missing and Cory was very responsive and brought them over quickly. 2 criticisms:

  1. The mattresses are unforgivable. Calling them hard and uncomfortable is an understatement. We all left with sore backs and tired from poor sleep.

  2. Supplies in the 3 bedroom are a little light. More than 4 dinner plates, more glasses, etc… are appropriate for a unit this size.

  Fix the mattresses and should wholly recommend!

  Our host Cole was very responsive and even let us stay a little beyond checkout time, which was really nice! However, the beds were pretty much like sleeping on a table and quite possibly the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. The price for staying was high for the cheapness of the uncomfortable and sparse furnishings. Only 2 stools at the kitchen counter and one mid-size couch and chair in the living space. We had to keep dragging the desk chairs, which were also not real comfortable, out to the living room for seating.

  The place was clean because it’s basically brand new, but the laundering of the towels was not completed and we had to take them somewhat damp out of the overstuffed tiny dryer. Again, not what we expected for the cost and high cleaning fees.

  You only get one parking space for this 3-bedroom rental, and the other parking nearby seems questionable about whether it’s truly allowed. The property is definitely well off campus if you’re coming to visit IU, but it’s near restaurants and shopping.
