Slightly underwhelmed
3/5 At firat glance the place appeared to be atlish and nice, but there were a few maintenance issues. The oven door handle was detached on one side which when pulled to open separated from the door. Lights in the bathroom need replacing. There was a plate of food left in the microwave that appeared to have been there a while. The master bed was a matress on the floor.

- After hearing your feedback, we made the decision to replace the cleaning service we worked with and began working with a new cleaning service to ensure a higher standard moving forward.
- We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The oven door handle will be repaired as soon as possible. We did find one of the three lights in the bathroom was out, and this is being addressed right away.
- The master bedroom has a themed design, and the bed being on the floor is noted in the property description.

4/5 Good value and very nice accommodations. It was a bit far from the wedding venue but parking was never a problem because we were a bit further from downtown. The owner stopped by to check with us. The neighbors were nice. We enjoyed our stay in Chicago and our time at the VRBO.

Nice stay
5/5 The check in process was easy. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint would be there was no house number on the outside of the house. So I had to call to verify we were at the correct house because I did not want to attempt to open a door to a wrong house.

5/5 Beautiful home!!! I absolutely adored everything about this home…its lovely backyard also convenient location. To the gorgeous grey wood floors…updated amenities, as well as the overall cozy lay out.
