5/5 We had a great experience at this house. The host was also very responsive when we contacted them for small issues. Having no window coverings in the home was a bit tricky if you wanted to sleep in at all, but it was a beautiful place to stay.

5/5 We're all enjoyed our stay! It is very comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. The only complaint I have is that there weren't enough chairs on the balcony for all to sit and relax at the same time!

Hi Donna, we’re sorry to hear that the air conditioning situation did not meet your expectations. We want our guests to feel comfortable and well-informed about their accommodations, so after following up with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
-We apologize if you felt the listing to be deceptive as this is never our intent and we provided detailed information to you prior to your arrival. The main cabin is equipped with central heat and air conditioning, and there is an additional standing window unit upstairs to provide extra cooling throughout the cabin. Before your arrival, the homeowner had the HVAC system fully serviced and personally inspected to ensure it was in proper working order.
-The property listing has since been updated to clarify the heating and air conditioning details to avoid any future confusion.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
