CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- When you arrive at the property, you must go to the front door of the 5 Needles in White Pine. Please say who you are, that you are a guest of Craig Hanna in room 115 so that the hotel can buzz you into the building
- The key cards are located inside a lockbox, which is on the condo’s main entrance. You'll find 2 different key cards. One card is for both the building entrance, and parking garage, the other is for the condo, the community workout room, and the community hot tub area
- The condo entry door automatically locks when closed, be sure to have your key card with you each time you exit. If you get locked out you will need to go to the main desk at the "Selkirk Lodge" which is directly across the yard. They will give you the extra key which you must return immediately after gaining entry to the condo
- If you get locked out of the building pick up the phone in the entrance lobby of the White Pine and let them know you're staying in room #115 as a guest, they will buzz you into the building
- If access does not work, please reach out to the Guest Contact to arrange a new set of keys
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key cards to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strips linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please make sure the patio door is locked
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No ski equipment inside the condo. The property has 2 ski lockers in a secure ski locker room. The lockers are 115 A/B. The owner will send you the code and directions
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This single-story property offers step-free access via elevator
- Access cards for the community amenities will be provided upon arrival
- There is a Welcome Book inside the condo with WiFi codes, and other helpful building instructions

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the community garage in spot 115
- During the ski season, free parking is available Gateway Lot off of Village Lane, Fall Line Lot, and at the roundabout near the fire station. The Lakeview lot is complimentary during the week and $25 on weekends and holidays
