Check In Disappointment
2/5 We were excited for a wonderful family stay in McCall and the first day was me spending time checking in and following up on unkept items. I requested early check-in but received no response. I arrived at 4:00pm but the property was still being cleaned. Nearly an hour later, as the cleaners were finishing, I checked the hot tub and found cloudy water with floating debris—so we skipped using it. After the cleaners finished, two wet diapers were found in the closet and there was urine on the floor between two of the beds. The final straw was that a new disposal had recently been installed and that resulted in the dishwasher not working. Eventually after calling three different group the problems were all addressed. We were disappointed with this old home given the price we paid. Some features are good, but the first day's fiasco overshadowed them.

Great Family Getaway
5/5 The house was wonderful for our family getaway. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and space. The entire house has been updated and felt very homey. Tons of snow made front door entry difficult. Suggest a lock with code be added to back door.

Wonderful Property
5/5 A wonderful property with great accommodations and a great location. It was also nice that everything was always neatly labeled to access items in the kitchen easily. I also loved being able to park one vehicle in the garage so we could come and go in another.
