Not acceptable
2/5 There was food trash in the bunk bed room on the floor ( apple sauce packets) and underwear in the drawers.
In the bathroom the towel rack was broken and hardly hanging on. The vent in the master was completely out and just hanging there. Electric tape blocking outlets in master.
The bunk bed room shows two twin beds then a bunk bed.
Not true. Only bunk bed and one twin.
Hot spring cabin
3/5 Cute cabin near hot spring, but It needs a bit of maintenance to update it.

Dirty and bugs
2/5 Very disappointed, the carpets are worn and dirty. We killed at least 10 spiders, centipedes and bugs throughout the house. Dirty pans and utensils with dried food on them.The master bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were completely worn out.The cost of this place I was expecting it to be in better condition.

One and done
3/5 We have been spoiled with our Lava Hot Springs rentals in the past and this home didn't live up to our standards. Issues with the WIFI at check-in had to be handle by us, dirty and stained rugs in the kitchen, living room and kitchen were not appreciated. Killed earwigs, spiders and other crawling thing as well. This home is beautiful but it needs some cleaning and maintenance TLC.
