A nice studio
3/5 In October this was a nice, quiet studio. The building and studio shows its age but is nice and clean.
We think the VRBO and Evolve fees (cleaning fee, service fee and insurance fee) are excessive, considering we are asked to clean up upon checkout.
These fees increase the cost of a five day stay to the point a nice hotel becomes a viable alternative with only a slight decrease in convenience.

Unfortunately, the service and insurance fees are set by VRBO and Evolve, and as homeowners, we have no control over those costs. The cleaning fee reflects the higher cost of services in the Ketchum/Sun Valley area, where we prioritize maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the property to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
As for the checkout process, we ask guests to complete a few simple tasks to facilitate a seamless transition for the next visitors. This is a standard practice, and detailed checkout instructions are provided prior to arrival for guests' convenience.
We do our best to make all fees clear before booking to help guests make an informed decision, and we’re sorry if this impacted your overall experience. We hope you still enjoyed your time in the area and found the studio to be a convenient and relaxing place to stay. Great location
5/5 The studio was clean, cute and comfortable. It was ideal for a couple. It had everything we needed for a short stay. It was really close to the slopes and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.
