Great taste of history...
5/5 Awesome home...rambling old-school CdA. Short walk to downtown and the lake. Appreciated the simple, no frills hospitality. The host was responsive and helpful. A stay here is a certain success.

Clean and comfortable
5/5 The location was great. We walked to get ice cream and it was a quiet neighborhood
Spring Break in CDA
5/5 The property was a wonderful location for our short family spring break in CDA. The weather was cooler than we had hoped but that didn't prevent us from enjoying our visit.
The home is a 100-year-old three level home. The large kitchen provided everything needed to prepare meals.
The oversized tub in the main level bathroom was great for a relaxing soak after days walking and shopping in the downtown area.
As the description of the home mentioned, bedrooms are on three levels, requiring use of stairs to reach the three bedrooms with queen beds. I would not recommend this home for individuals with mobility issues. The beds were comfortable and the themed rooms added to the ambiance of the home.
Due to our plans and the cool/rainy weather, we didn't utilize the backyard/BBQ. The area would be great in warmer weather.
