CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out is not typically accommodated, but may occasionally be possible depending on the booking and cleaning schedules
- Please leave the comforter on the bed, as well as mattress protectors and decorative pillows
- Remove sheets and pillow slips from all used beds and start a load of linens
- Place all used towels in the bathtub or the bottom of the main shower
- Wash all dirty dishes and turn on the dishwasher
- Remove all perishable items and personal belongings
- Take out all trash to the outside bin. Do not put loose trash in the outside bins; all garbage must be bagged
- Log out of any TV apps that you logged into during your stay
- Return all remote controls
- Ensure the BBQ is off
- Turn the thermostat to 75 degrees in the summer and 65 degrees in the winter
- If outdoor furniture was moved, please return it to its original location
- Lock all doors and windows
- Attention to this procedure helps save time for the cleaning staff and helps keep cleaning costs lower for future guests
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
