  Great stay in this beautiful property. Very accommodating and responsive owners.Lots of room and private space. Convenient to downtown and helpful to have parking. Will definitely visit this property again!

  The house is as described. The furniture is nice beds are OK. The only complaint we had was there were pet stains in the carpet in both bedrooms not terrible but A little offputting. The location is close enough. You can walk to downtown and definitely big enough for two couples.

  The property is relatively new. It is comfortable and well equipped.

  We had some difficulty with the entry code but were able to get in when the contact person came by.

  The place had 4 flatscreen TVs, 2 of which were very large, however, there were no instructions as to how to get them to work. One did not have a remote control. Once we figured how to use them, we learned there was no connection to the usual cable type service I expected, so no local TV and no network TV, no access to football games. Real bummer!

  The thermostat was programable and a challenge - directions would have helped.

  One night, the power was off in the main bedroom (upstairs). The electrical box was was difficult to get into to reset the breaker. Ceiling light did not work, probably needed a new bulb.

  Towel rack missing in downstairs bathroom.

  Shared from the owner: "Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. I’d like to address a few of the concerns you mentioned to provide some clarity.
  
  The entry code is indeed designed for ease, though I understand technology can sometimes be tricky. I’m glad our property manager was able to promptly assist with access. Regarding the TVs, they are all equipped with remotes, and I apologize if the setup wasn’t initially clear. While we don’t offer traditional cable, we do provide a range of streaming options that typically cover most entertainment needs, though I understand your disappointment with the football game not being available.
  
  As for the thermostat, I can see how it could be a bit challenging at first, especially with its advanced features. I’ll make sure that clearer instructions are available moving forward.
  
  I also appreciate your note about the power issue and the ceiling light. The breaker and the light do work properly, but if the light is turned off via the remote, it needs to be turned back on that way, which can be confusing. We’ll make sure this information is included in the welcome instructions.
  
  Lastly, we’ve addressed the missing towel rack and will ensure that it doesn’t affect future guests.
