Condo nice, neighborhood sketchy
3/5 Inside was nice, but I would not be walking anywhere(bars or restaurants) with what’s across the street. Constant drug dealing across the street, watched the building get tagged up, watched drug addicts walk in circles for 12 hours
It is located about 2 blocks from all of the homeless shelters, maybe that’s why.
I’ve stayed in Boise multiple times as my daughter goes to college there. This was my least favorite rental due to the addicts constantly.
The back bedroom overlooking the parking lot had a constant dripping sound that went on all night long we had to go buy earplugs

5/5 The property is clean and well appointed. It was central to downtown Boise. It is located near a shelter for the unhoused but that was not problematic for us.
