Clean but agency hard to reach
4/5 The condo is clean, well equipped and Charles (the local contact is VERY kind). The complex is getting older and the pool is located in the parking area. The beach is a 12-15 minutes walk with kids. I didn’t like my experience with the booking agency Evolve. They canceled my booking and got me to rebooked it at a higher price. Very hard to communicate with the agency

Great condo
5/5 This was a very nice place to stay on Maui. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
Stay at Nipili
5/5 It was very good. Only problem was a single queen bed where only my two kids can sleep. Me and my wife slept on sofa. Neighborhood is good. Near by beach was very good and clean.

Family vacation
4/5 The property was within walking distance to beach and the gazebo restaurant. Charles was very good with communication. The parking lot is tight but that is out of the owners control.

A great place to stay
5/5 We were very happy with this condo. It was a terrific location near some great beaches. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit was clean and up to date. Charles was available by text to answer any questions we had.
