  We had a amazing time at this place. Very nice and very clean. The hosts are delightful people who do a amazing job creating a comfortable quiet space. We recommend this place as a place to stay when you are on big island.

• Amazing Tropical Experience

  I came to Pāhoa not knowing what to expect and having my hopes high that I would find a beautiful artistic spot. When I walked into the space I was met with a beautiful sanctuary space surrounded by beautiful Hawaiian nature. The trees were fruiting, the birds were singing and the air was perfectly temperate. I am in deep gratitude to the hosts and look forward to my next stay there.

  I really enjoyed this place. The property itself is beautiful and so will cared for by the hosts. I loved seeing the many edibles they grow when we had a little tour. The unit was clean and had everything I needed. It's an easy drive to get places because it's right near the main roads. The host was so accommodating too. They really went out of their way to make sure we felt at home.

• Friendly and clean

  The host couple was SO friendly and really treated us with that aloha spirit, we felt very welcomed. They showed us the yard and let us try some of the fruits and herbs they grow. It was such a nice change of pace from city life and helped us start off our vacation right. The stores and restaurants are pretty close and had great food options that we enjoyed. The apartment was well cared for and super clean. Also, just a quick drive to the beaches, volcano, orchid farms, and some cool museums. We'll definitely stay here when we come back for vacation again.

• Fantastic all around experience

  From the moment I checked in I had a really wonderful experience. The rental was very clean and stocked with everything I could need for my stay. The views of Mauna kea and the glow of the eruption in Kilauea were both really amazing. Clear Starlight filled nights were a nice bonus. The host was so helpful and kind. She had a delicious batch of freshly baked cookies, that were all filled with different things, waiting for me when I got there. She was super helpful in giving me directions and advice on the best places to go explore and see the beautiful sights. Honestly, it was such a great experience, I just want to move there now!

  The property is really conveniently located. Just a few blocks from the main highway. There are some spectacular cliffs right down the road for sightseeing. It's just a couple minutes to a few different towns that have grocery stores and restaurants, also some fun museums and Little boutique stores. The beach isn't too far away as well.

  All around a great experience. I definitely recommend this place, and plan to come back here again.
