Noisy and Dirty
2/5 It is on a main highway and is very noisy. Also, the place--ceiling fans, pull out couch, counters, etc. were very dirty. Definitely not cleaned well by any means.

We have addressed your concerns with our cleaning team to ensure that they adhere to our rigorous standards going forward. Additionally, we regret that our efforts to rectify the situation promptly did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Upon investigating further, it appears there may have been some miscommunication regarding the checkout procedures. We kindly request our guests to follow specific guidelines to facilitate a smooth transition between stays. It seems that there were some discrepancies in this instance, such as leaving dirty dishes in the sink, not stripping the beds, and failing to consolidate linens and trash as per our instructions.

4/5 Family friendly. Location conveniently near Volcano National Park and Hilo but next to busy roadway with traffic sounds throughout the night. Warm during the day but cools off at night.

Lots of room for large family. Clean. Needs new blinds.
4/5 Loved the space. Family was able to spread out. Nice and clean. Well stocked linens.
Bedroom blinds need to be replaced. Not much privacy at night.
Location is on a main road so there is plenty of traffic. Roosters start crowing at dawn.
