• Very nice apartment

  We had a really great stay! The apartment was fully equipped for 4 people and very spacious. Kelly was super available and reactive to resolve any tiny issue we had, and the location with a parking spot was great to explore the surroundings.

  Killed two cockroaches and one bedbug, moved out 1 day earlier and can’t get any refund! Pests control should be done before renting! Completely disaster! Other than that, the property is well decorated and equipped.

  While we take all complaints very seriously, we are truly sorry to hear about your experience with the two cockroaches in the unit. We take pride in the unit we have in sanitation and cleanliness. However, this is a tropical climate, and unfortunately, cockroaches are something that everyone here in Hawaii deals with, and it is impossible to eradicate them completely. I have already communicated to Evolve about the methods my cleaners use to mitigate this issue by using a combination of gel baits, traps, boric acid & bifrenthrin pesticide sprays and sprays in the unit for guests to use. As for the bedbug, we will be partnering with a reliable pest control service for ongoing inspections and preventive treatments.
  
  Meanwhile, I have instructed my cleaners to do treatments after every clean instead of once a month. Due to the fact that condos are very susceptible, I am awaiting responses from other exterminators to see if what I have been currently doing is sufficient.
  After your complaint, I went immediately to the unit, could not find any bed bugs, we use mattress encasement to protect from bedbugs, and have minimal furnishings to minimize clutter in the rental to reduce hiding spots. Evolve had asked you for a photo of the bed bug, as I need to show the pest control company what you had found for them to assess ongoing inspections and preventive treatments."

• A very cute place

  We spent 3 nights in this very comfortable apartment and had a lot of pleasure. This accommodation is very convenient to visit Hilo and the east coast of Hawaii.

  There is everything you need for cooking in the kitchen.

  It’s a perfect place to stay with your family.
