  I really wanted to give this place a higher rating because the home itself was beautiful. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

  Before arriving, I reached out to ask if an early check-in would be possible. Unfortunately, the initial response I received wasn’t the best in terms of customer service, and after I replied, I never received another response. That interaction honestly made me nervous about reaching back out with any additional questions or concerns.

  Thankfully, the person I spoke with on the day of our arrival completely changed that experience. They were friendly, professional, answered every question I had, and helped resolve the issues we encountered. I truly appreciate how helpful they were.

  While we enjoyed the home, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. I expected much better attention to detail. There were stains on the bedding, a baking sheet with burnt-on food was left inside the oven, and several other things that should have been noticed during the cleaning process before new guests arrived. It didn’t feel like the home had been thoroughly cleaned or inspected between stays.

  There were also a few other minor mishaps during our visit, but they were addressed, which I appreciated. My concerns are less about the issues themselves and more about the fact that several of them could have been prevented with a more thorough cleaning and final walkthrough before guests checked in.

  Overall, we still enjoyed our stay because the home was comfortable and the location worked well for us. However, better communication before check-in and improved cleaning standards would make a huge difference. With more attention to detail and a more welcoming customer service experience from the beginning, this could easily have been a much higher-rated stay.

• Great restful stay, location is convenient

  Overall my family had a great stay. The condo is very near to the pool. The drive to the beach and restaurants aren't far at all. Only wish the living room furniture was more updated, the furniture was a little uncomfortable. The place was pretty clean, and not at all fishy or bug filled like the last reviewer stated. They must have taken that review seriously, cause the place was clean (not spotless, but clean enough not to be worried).
