  We booked this mini vacation months before hurricane Helene and boy, I'm glad we did! It was the perfect getaway after so much stress! It was cozy, clean, and right in the middle of everything we needed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

  I cannot say enough good things about this vacation rental, but I'm going to try!

  This townhouse is welcoming and beautifully appointed! It has two parking spots mere steps away from the front door. Throughout, the home is cheerfully decorated with a tasteful beach theme.

  The kitchen has all of the flatware, cookware, dishes, utensils, and spices that a cook away from home could desire! We were so impressed with the generous assortment of K-Cups (decaf and caffeinated coffee in a number of flavors), bagged teas, assorted spices (cinnamon, season salt, salt, pepper, garlic salt), nonstick sprays, olive oil, and stevia sugar. The kitchen has oven mitts, nonstick frying pans, pots, two sets of silverware, cooking utensils, food storage containers, pitchers, steak knives, list pads, scissors, and a small cutting board. I was able to prepare full meals, as well as bake brownies, and make cheesecake! The refrigerator is roomy and has an efficient ice maker. The electric oven has a glass top and is in pristine condition. The tall pantry is open, allowing for storage of non-perishable groceries. The owners provided plenty of dishwasher detergent to go with the newer model dishwasher.

  Not only does the home have internal air conditioning and heat (that is very efficient), but each room has a ceiling fan, allowing for optimal temperature adjustment.

  The back patio has an electric grill perfect for barbecuing ribeye steaks or cheeseburgers (we did both during our visit). The condo is on the corner of the complex and sits right on the water. I had a great blue heron fishing not ten feet from the patio one day!

  The condo has a very large washer and dryer in-unit. The owners provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets, along with two laundry baskets.

  Want to go for a swim? Grab one of the six large beach towels provided in the unit. The pool is located in the center of the complex, is a nice depth, and has a number of loungers arranged around it.

  This condo has it all! All the cooking materials, beach towels, televisions, patio furniture, and homey touches that could be desired in a home away from home!
