Comfortable, Cozy Cottage
5/5 We loved our stay at this relaxing vacation home. The property was spacious and very clean. The living room and kitchen area flowed well and the house had a great open floor plan. All the bedrooms had smart tvs and were comfortable. The decor and amenities were classy and modern. We enjoyed drinking coffee and visiting on the back porch. The back yard was lovely and the lawn was beautifully manicured.
Although there was a storm the night before we arrived, the property manager was graciously assisted us in restoring the utilities that were affected.
The house is only 5 minutes from the beach. Most restaurants and shops were very close as well.
We would definitely recommend this property to friends. We hope to visit again on our next trip to beautiful St. Simons Island.

5/5 This place is amazing. About 1.7 miles to the beach, shopping, grocery, restaurants, everything! The house is brand new and everything is very modern. Kitchen is stunning and they have everything you need, even spices and oil for cooking. Keurig is both single and pot for coffee lovers. Towels, linens all top notch. We will stay here again. And we've never stayed anywhere twice! Owner very easy to communicate with and very accomodating. We had the best family time! Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot. And if you ever want to sell, please contact us. LOL! :)
