Labor Day family weekend
5/5 Very pleased with kayaks and stand up boards for lake, jackets being provided, outside firepit, areas for play and relaxing.
Also pleased with home being well stocked with all the listing said. Nice home. Great Vacation for family!

The fun house
5/5 The house was perfect for our large group. The married adults took the main floor 3 bedrooms and sent the kids downstairs. With 2 living spaces, no one was ever out of place. There were plenty of activities to do at the house, both inside and out. The house owner ,Jacob, was great to work with and was very quick with responses to any questions we had. We had a great week here. I would highly recommend

5/5 We had a great week at the house. Lots of room for our large family. The layout was great, with 2 living spaces, the adults and kids didn't clash at all. There was plenty to do inside and outside. Jacob was very prompt in answering any questions we had. Great host!! Great house!!
Great spot for a boys weekend!
5/5 This is a great stay for any type of getaway. We came down for a boys weekend. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Limited internet/cell service but if your like us we spent most of our days outside and in the lake! Activities for all ages! Corn-hole, connect four, fishing, kayaks/paddle boards and more! We spent most our nights in the garage game room, from pool table and ping pong tournaments to beating the previous high score on the Pac-Man game. I highly recommend stopping to get groceries on the way in as there is no store close to get a last minute item. We will be back and definitely recommend this house to any groups or families looking for a long weekend in the beautiful Sparta, Georgia area.

Great spot for family gatherings
5/5 This is a great house for large family get togethers. Something for everyone ! From kayaks to stand up paddle boards to the game room, there was no shortage of things to do. Great fire pit to gather everyone for conversations on those cool evenings.
Only downside was the cell signal and Wi-fi was very spotty and poor, so beware if you’re expecting a working vacation or to watch your favorite teams.
Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would book again. Thank you!
