  When I first arrived, I was blow away by the way the place smelled cleaned, spacious and very serene. After checking out the property, i had to wash the linen and sanitize the bathroom for the master had hair all inside the bed and on the bathroom tub. Thereafter, I noticed a stench and just moved past it. Looked under the kitchen sink, there was food under the sink and doors where the garbage disposal exploded and no one cleaned under there . Which explained the fruit flies that continued to be annoying while being bitten in the process. Not only was the disposal broken but the pipes were leaking and water was everywhere causing me to slip in the kitchen. The manager of the property was very apologetic and sent out a guy to fix it but I was very annoyed with the stale cookies that she purchased from the Riverwalk to patch things over for my inconvenience. For that amount of money to rent for three days, i should have had to do anything nor suffer a fall on vacation. I couldve went to a hotel for less amd with clean linen every day. Over all experience was just okay 👍🏾

We dispatched a plumber to resolve the kitchen sink leak and clean up any water damage. Additionally, we offered to provide fresh linens and clean the affected areas, although we understand that you had already taken care of these tasks yourself.
  - We regret any frustration caused by the inconvenience, and we wanted to express our apologies with a small gift as a gesture of goodwill. We selected items from a local bakery in the hopes of providing a token of apology that would be appreciated.
  - We strive to ensure that all of our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we apologize if our efforts fell short in this instance. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services for future guests.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Our stay was everything and more!! This house was definitely top tier. From the decor, cleanliness, and the professionalism. Perla was very prompt with everything I needed while I was there so it was greatly appreciated!! I recommend this property to anyone that's visiting Savannah Georgia.
