4/5 All and all it was a pleasant stay! It’s super convenient to town and within walking distance, which was a plus for us and the reason we chose this house.
There were a few things that can and should be addressed my the owner, but, nothing too major!
I wish we had found this home sooner while our daughter was in college! But, I am glad we found it her graduating weekend!
Nice little property
5/5 Nice property, close to downtown. Only negative..if there are guest upstairs, you hear every step and shuffle. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would definitely book again.

4/5 This was a two-story older house that had been flipped. We rented the 1st floor only. It would be nice if the 2nd floor was carpeted so the footsteps were not so loud. It would also be nice if the person managing the property could turn on the heat before we got there. It was clean, everything worked, and it met our needs.
