CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. Your name will be added to the security gate list prior to your stay. Upon arrival, check in at the gate and you will be given a resort guest pass to enter/exit the community
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Prior to your scheduled arrival date, the Guest Contact will text or email you the code to the keyless entry
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Bag all trash and take it to the trash collection center at the North Gate exit
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
