PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 6100 GA-17, Hiawassee, GA 30546
- The home's address is 6100 Hwy 17 S Hiawassee, GA (about halfway between Helen and Hiawassee). The driveway and mailbox are on Hwy 17, however, many GPS systems take the driver off of Hwy 17 (do not turn on Corbin Creek Road or Mauldin Circle)
- Coming north from Helen, you will go over Unicoi Gap, where the Appalachian Trail crosses Hwy 17. The house is about 4 miles north of Unicoi Gap. You will pass the Mount Zion Baptist Church on the right just before crossing the small river bridge. Slow down as you cross the bridge. At the end of the river bridge guard rail, turn right into the driveway at the large black mailbox
- Coming south from Hiawassee, turn left into the drive from Hwy 17 after passing the 2nd Mauldin Circle/Corbin Creek Road. The driveway is right before crossing the river bridge; turn left into the driveway before the bridge guardrails
- The name of the property is 'Hiawassee Rapids Lodge'

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will send you the electronic lock code before your arrival. Enter the 7-digit number to unlock the front door (facing the highway). The upstairs door can be accessed via the spiral stairs or by using the key on the coffee table
- There is also a lockbox with a set of keys if there is an issue with the electronic lock. The lockbox code is 0223
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- If used, please return the keys to the lockbox 
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. Trash must be bagged up when placed in trash cans
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade 
- Place all used towels in front of the washer
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Do not leave dogs unattended in the house. A large pet crate is provided on the covered deck under the stairs

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
