Wonderful Stay in Helen
5/5 We had a wonderful stay! The home was extremely clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. We really appreciated all of the extra amenities that were provided—they made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub was a favorite after a day of exploring Helen!
The host was easy to reach, communication was excellent, and the check-in instructions were clear and simple to follow. There were plenty of towels, pillows and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Dirty Unit
1/5 We arrived for check-in at 4:30 pm. The unit had not been cleaned since the previous guests. The laundry was in a pile by the washer and none of the beds had linens. When I contacted the owner, he asked us to go explore the town and come back in a “few hours”. This was after 6 hours of travel. My children and I were exhausted. He called after we left and offered us an extra night for free, but obviously that wouldn’t work with our travel schedule. He then offered a late checkout, which we did not need or want as it would put us behind schedule.
I contacted the owner when I returned home and told him I would like a refund for one night. He had someone from Evolve contact me. They told me I would receive a refund for the cleaning fees. That seemed fair to me. However, it has been 21 days and I have not received said refund. This was a very disappointing experience. It was poor management of the property and disappointing customer service. I will never book a property with Evolve again.

5/5 We stayed here for Oktoberfest and loved this place. It was beautiful, clean and new, the view was breathtaking as well. It is walkable to downtown but be prepared it will take you at least 30 mins, it’s a little ways away. Overall we really enjoyed this place.
