Good stay
4/5 The process was very easy, I did enjoy dealing with Evolve. We enjoyed our stay in Helen. The house was very nice. It was very clean. With the only exception of a bug problem. I do know that you as a realty company do have the house sprayed due to all the dead bugs all over and had one dead roach on the nightside right beside where I slept. One night we had several roached running across the kitchen floor. I had opened up the dishwasher to see 3 roaches inside. A new coffee pot should be purchased. And the big empty vending machine on the back porch right outside the kitchen window is an eye sore.

Hummingbird House
5/5 Loved the area, close to downtown. House was spotless and neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Would stay here again.

Humming Bird Cottage
3/5 The lower deck and hot tub were NOT guest ready. The hot tub was a big deal and we feel very disappointed.
Otherwise it was a lovely space.
Perfect Mountain Getaway
5/5 We had a wonderful experience with the Hummingbird Lodge! The property was pristine, the setting beautiful, and the manager was very communicative. Would recommend for anyone coming to Helen!
