  This is a nice cozy cabin with plenty of room. The river out front provides a perfect soundtrack for quiet retreat. The property is located in a somewhat secluded area with only two other properties beyond it on the road. This means there is almost no traffic. You find that while rentong cabons, you learn that some people just rent their cabons, and some are true hosts. Leo is a host who cares about your getaway. The day before i was scheduled to arrive, i got a call and a new email with updated directions because of road closure reported that day. This host is not over bearing or in your business at all, just passing along critical info and easily reachable if you need anything. I highly recommend this property and this host!

  Super cute river cabin with community amenities. Great area and only a few minutes to both downtown Ellijay and East Ellijay. Highly recommend!

  We stayed for a week with another couple. 2 master suites came in handy. Love the deck down by the river. It's on a road but we'd have maybe 2 cars go by per day. The hot tub is nice and big, but needed a part for repair, so it was down for a couple days. The owner was great about offering extra nights to compensate, and good communication from him.

  If you're wanting a quite retreat away from others, this is a great choice. Def will be back.

  This cabin was perfect for our family. The host was attentive and caring throughout the stay. Staying riverfront in the Georgia mountains is an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed the hot tub, rocking chairs, and s’mores by the fire pit!
