This is a great location on Lake Oconee. If you have a boat, fireworks are right around the corner for the 4th of July. We spent a lot of time just swimming at the dock. The deck is a nice area for cooking and hanging out too.

House had Cobb webs, sliding doors had spider webs and eggs, trash can outside was full, dirty underwear in one of bedrooms, roaches throughout the house, guest bathroom did not have hot water. Was charged a cleaning fee that is apparently not being used . It was a good location but needs to be exterminated and deep cleaning.

Melissa Daniels helped to make this vacation a great time. Her assistance and advice were most welcomed.
A slice of paradise! It was our first time traveling with the dogs and very pleased that the home wasn't a "dog house". Meaning there was no lingering pet smell from past visitors and the home was in good condition.
The property is stunning. A wooded lot right on the water with a large dock. We enjoyed playing games in the yard between boat trips and using the firepit.
Unfortunately, the outside space was not well maintained, so it wasn't the most comfortable place to hang out... otherwise a wonderful spot. Kitchen was a little tight for our family of 7, but other spaces were ample. Loved the giant couch for evening rest and relaxation together.
