Upkeep needed.
3/5 Great location. The house needs TLC. The steps leading to the lake were rotten and inaccessible for the older guests. The TV/internet were out 4/5 days. Light bulbs were out/missing. No ice maker. No ice trays…

- The listing description and photos note that the property sits on a steep hill, and the stone steps leading to the lake are not made of wood. While the incline may be challenging for some, the path remains maintained and accessible.
- We were notified of the internet issue during the stay and immediately contacted the utility provider. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to expedite the process, the provider was unable to schedule an appointment for several days, as they required an on-site visit to replace equipment.
- We appreciate your notes regarding light bulbs and ice trays. These items are being addressed to ensure better readiness for future guests.

Love the outdoor areas!
5/5 This is a great lake house! We enjoyed the views and the quiet of the neighborhood. Some in our group swam from the dock. Some floats and swim towels are provided. We were in town to celebrate a Georgia College graduation, and the house provided the perfect place to gather and celebrate afterwards. The outdoor space is very accommodating, with several different seating areas, and inviting, while the indoor space is super comfortable. Perfect for what we needed!

5/5 Beautiful home. Well kept. Nice bedrooms and fun outdoor spaces to gather. Travel to nearby restaurants is about 30 minutes but also a good chance to see local towns as well.
